International Forum for Child Welfare – 26-29 Nov 2012, Naples

Family, children and education at the core of the new challenges of social development: global scenarios, migration and active citizenship, this the title of the 2012 edition of the International Forum for Child Welfare, opeing on Monday, the 26th its three-day in Naples.

2012 Edition is organized by IFCW and Mentoring Italia NPO (host) in cooperation with Fondazione L’Albero della Vita (co-host).

During the forum, diverse aspects and perspectives on Migration will be highlighted, particularly the ones caused by great changes in the political structures of less stable countries (for instance the so-called “Arab spring”), by wars in the African and Asian continents, as well as by dictatorships, civil wars and ethnic conflicts. All critical situations hindering the enjoyment of the most basic human rights, making a future of dignity and development more difficult to create.
